Book your English Course

Information for Non-EU nationals who wish to study English in Ireland at The Slaney Language Centre. 

Our 25 Week Study and Work Programme entitles Non-EU nationals to an eight months Study and Work Visa.

Please read immigration requirements carefully.

Students from outside of the EU may need to apply for a study visa. Please check if you require a visa.

Before you apply for your study visa to Ireland, please fill in our online booking form. We will send you a confirmation of your course booking and an invoice for your language programme. As soon as we have received the payment we will provide you with a letter of acceptance which you will need for your visa application. You will also be required to have private medical insurance in place which can be taken out through the Slaney Language Centre: Student Insurance

Once you are in Ireland you will have to contact the local immigration office and show that you have enough funds for the duration of your stay.
